  • Co-Hosting (15%) – You keep control of local operations (cleaning, maintenance, vendor management), while we handle all the digital and guest-facing work: 24/7 messaging, listing optimization, revenue tracking, and weekly market adjustments.
  • Full-Service Management (20%) – We manage everything from pricing and guest support to cleaning coordination, maintenance dispatch, and vendor scheduling — so your property runs smoothly without your involvement.
